At Clear AF, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably. Below you’ll find all the details you need about shipping timelines, carriers, costs, and more.

SECTION 1 – ORDER PROCESSING

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Fulfillment Partner
Orders are shipped from the United States via our logistics partner, ShipMonk.

SECTION 2 – U.S. SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping Rates
• Free shipping on orders $50 or more
• $5.95 flat rate for orders under $50 (up to 5 lbs)
• Estimated delivery: 3–4 business days

PO Boxes: Orders to PO boxes ship via USPS.
Orders over 5 lbs may have additional charges, calculated at checkout.

SECTION 3 – INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Yes, we ship worldwide!
We currently ship to over 230 countries via DHL Express and USPS International, with rates calculated at checkout.

🧾 Customs & Fees Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs delays, natural occurrences, transfers from DHL/USPS to your local carrier, air or ground transportation strikes, or any additional fees, customs charges, or backend costs once the package has exited the United States.

Estimated Delivery:
International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on location.

SECTION 4 – TRACKING & DELIVERY

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

SECTION 5 – LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN ORDERS

Please contact us within 7 days if your package:

• Arrives damaged
• Is missing items
• Is marked delivered but not received

SECTION 6 – ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel or update your order within 1 hour of purchase. After that, orders are in progress and may not be modified.
